DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer free standard delivery on all orders above 999. For all other orders, a flat rate of Rs. 60 is applied. Rest assured, the final price will be displayed on the checkout page, right after you choose the payment option, is the price you will pay—no other charges.
Please note : There will be no cancellations once the order is fulfilled.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We also offer local delivery within 5kms of the radius from our warehouse in Delhi. It is done via third-party local delivery partners, i.e., porter, wefast, swiggy genie, etc. We provide a free local delivery on orders above Rs. 699. All orders below the mentioned amount will levy a minimal charge that is directly paid by you to the delivery partner.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Typically, we deliver items within 4 working days. However, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the item, your location, and availability. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If delivery cannot be completed within 10 days from the order date, we will notify you promptly.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the order details. Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping details.
As part of our commitment to excellence, we regularly assess the performance of our logistics partners. Certain areas may be temporarily excluded from our delivery zones to maintain high service standards. If delivery to your location is not supported, we will cancel the order and process a refund. You will be notified of any such cancellations.
HIDDEN COSTS (SALES TAX, GST, ETC)
There are no additional taxes, hidden costs, or extra handling charges. The price mentioned on the product page is the final all-tax inclusive price. What you see is what you pay, with all taxes included.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Working days do not include public holidays or Sundays.
Please note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, including potential delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
